How it works

   Add the receipt for the purchase, by photo, upload or forwarded order email.

   Ecroo matches the store and purchase date against the return rules recorded for that merchant, including known exceptions.

   A return deadline for the purchase, the rule it came from, and a reminder before the window closes.

What you get

• A return deadline for the purchase, the rule it came from, and a reminder before the window closes.
• Ecroo does not return items for you, contact the store, or promise the store will accept a return.
• Return rules exist only for merchants already in Ecroo's coverage, and a store can change or apply its policy differently in person.
